Join us for a journey to your inner being; your inner peace. The vessel for our voyage toward happiness, renewal and clarity will be our breath, gentle movements, visualization, gratitude and positive affirmations. The session welcomes every body type and all abilities. Participants will need two yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a sturdy pillow, a blanket and water to sip.
